We have been hearing a lot about the battle that singing sensation Justin Bieber has been fighting with his mental health for quite some time now.
Now, in a more recent post the Baby singer made on his Instagram profile, Bieber admitted that it has been a very big struggle for him to deal with all of his mental health issues.
The aim of this post was to connect with his millions of fans around the world, and Bieber hoped they would find his words very relatable. He has around 105 million followers on his Instagram profile, which is a huge number considering he can reach out to them instantaneously.
It also offers him a great way to connect with his audience without having to go through the filter of formal media channels, and hence he can tell them whatever he wants without fearing any manipulation of his statements.
A Lot Of Struggle
In his post, Bieber spoke very candidly about what he was feeling. He revealed that he was struggling quite a lot, felt like he was disconnected from his surroundings, and overall simply felt very weird. However, he did not want his fans to be concerned about him and reassured everyone in the same post that he will get back to normal soon just like he always does but, having said that, he still asked his fans to pray for his mental health.
Then, as still part of the same post, Bieber proclaimed the faithfulness of God and also acknowledged the effectiveness of the prayers which his fans make for him, saying that such prayers have helped him face his issues directly.
An Amazing Response
There is no doubt that Bieber’s fans do have immense love for him in their heart, and hence the comments which poured in on his post had nothing but positive messages for the singer.
While some commenters sent prayers as well as lots of love for him, others praised Bieber for this amazing display of humility and called him a strong person for having done it. Many simply offered support, asking the singer to remain patient and to have faith.
Receiving Treatment
Not too long ago, the media was abuzz with the news that Beiber had been treating depression, something the singer spoke extensively about in a Vogue interview. The March issue of Vogue Magazine featured Bieber and his wife Hailey as part of its cover interview, and Bieber revealed in the same how his Purpose tour back in 2017 left him feeling very depressed.
It took him time to open up about the way he was feeling, mostly because he was still processing everything that had been going on in his mind and the feelings of loneliness he was experiencing, taking Xanax to cope with everything including the guilt he was feeling for being very promiscuous.
Luckily, Bieber found Hailey, and the two got married in September 2018 in a super-private ceremony in New York. Although he is still struggling with issues in his life, he now has the relentless support of his loving wife who is reportedly helping him out every step of the way.
