Since she became a member of the royal family, Meghan Markle continued to wow us by just being herself.
Once installed as the Duchess of Sussex after marrying Prince Harry in May 2018, her being a fashion icon even shone brightly; she remained composed and unflustered amid the malicious gossips about her; and she became a role model for mothers out there who praised her as early as her first appearance when she and her husband introduced their firstborn to the whole world.
Admiration
When the former “Suits” actress and Prince Harry excitedly appeared in St. George’s Castle at Windsor Castle two days after she gave birth, people noted how the couple had yet again broken traditions – she didn’t debut her son at the steps of the Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital, neither did she deliver in that hospital.
But moms were all praises for the 37-year-old not just because she impressively looked beautiful just a few days after she brought out a child, but that she also didn’t try to hide what a real person would look like after delivery, even accentuating her baby bump with her outfit choice.
Recently, the highly anticipated event, Trooping the Colour, was a breath of fresh air as we saw almost all members of the influential family.
However, there was one missing at Queen Elizabeth II’s birthday parade: Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, which was quite understandable. The boy is just a month old and he still couldn’t attend grand events like that.
Meghan on Leaving Archie
It is worth noting that Meghan is not at all a pro in motherhood – she is a first-time parent that experiences all the struggles of a new mom, too. So how did she feel when she had to leave Archie for her royal engagement with the rest of the family?
Apparently, the Duchess found it hard to say good-bye to her bundle of joy even just for a while because she is with him for every waking moment, an insider said. However, she had to muster up her courage because she truly wanted to be present in this important event for the monarch, the source added.
Away from Family
This sounded too familiar, no? Bear in mind that Prince Harry is also a first-time dad and just like Meghan, he, too, had difficulty leaving his family away just a few weeks after welcoming their first child. But unlike the recent event, the 34-year-old had to travel to Italy for the Sentebale ISPS Handa Polo Cup, where he played polo for a charity.
As expected, naysayers had something to say about Prince Harry’s decision to go to Rome, with some pointing out that he left his family just to play a game. His friend, Argentine polo payer Nacho Figueras, rushed to the royal’s defense, slamming those who angled this as if the man was just relaxing and neglected his family, highlighting that all these were for a good cause.
